Our Restaurant
Located just steps from Madison Avenue and one block from the Metropolitan Museum and Central Park, Grazie is the perfect place for lunch, dinner, or a late afternoon snack. Opened in 1993, Grazie continues to charm the neighborhood with delicious Italian food served in a beautiful townhouse setting.
Our Food
Lunch offers a wide variety of omelets, pizzas, sandwiches and salads. At dinner, let us tempt you with wonderful and innovative dishes such as our popular veal encrusted in aged Parmesan cheese and served with a lemon-caper sauce and sautéed spinach or the Roasted Whole Branzino drizzled with Italian Olive Oil. Desserts are not to be missed! Try our Italian s'mores with Nutella and toasted marshmallows or our famous zeppoli, rolled in cinnamon and brown sugar and served with two dipping sauces.
Whether you're craving a light lunch, dinner with friends, or a cozy place for a cappuccino in the afternoon, we are here to serve you.

The following are the details of our facilities and conditions associated with them.
We will hold the event date and space for 5 days after sending a contract. If we do not receive a signed contract and deposit within 5 days Grazie reserves the right to book the space to another guest.
Booking Fees
$400 for Back Room
$1000 for Second Floor
$3500 for Full Buyout, plus food and beverages.
Menu
A special menu is offered to your guests based on selected items from our private event menus. The lunch and brunch and dinner menu is inclusive of food only and does not include beverages, tax or 23% event administration charge inclusive of gratuity.
Drinks
All drinks served will be charged per drink unless a cocktail event has been arranged. You may choose:
House wine, beer and soft drinks for $45 per person for 2 hours or $60 for 3 hours
Full Open Bar for $55 per person for 2 hours and $70 for 3 hours
A COCKTAIL EVENT MUST BE BOOKED FOR ALL EVENTS FRIDAY-SUNDAY
Specialty Items
We would like to make your event special for you!
Flowers: Start at $45 per arrangement for a small cube Larger arrangements available.
Cake: We are pleased to arrange a specialty cake for you. Please ask about options.
If you choose to bring your own cake there is a $5 plate charge for each guest.
Deposits and Payments
In order to secure the reservation we require a 50% deposit.
The balance must be paid two weeks in advance. Cash or Checks only.
Any remaining balance must be paid at the end of event
Cancellation.
The initial 50% deposit is non refundable
Remaining 50% will not be charged if event is cancelled more than 30 days prior to event.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DATE
Guaranteed number of Guests
An expected attendance is required five days prior to event. This will be considered the guaranteed number of guests, and will not be subject to a reduction. The guaranteed number of guests must be within the guidelines of the minimum amount of persons required to book the room. If no guest count is received five days in advance then the number of guests listed on the contract will be used as the guaranteed number of guests
